Senior Legal Advisor – Abu Dhabi

About the role

The Senior Legal Advisor will support Sundus Consultancy by providing expert legal guidance across all business functions. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure that the company’s operations comply with applicable laws and regulations while mitigating legal risks.

Key responsibilities

• Study all legal matters affecting the company and deliver clear legal opinions to decision‑making bodies.
• Draft, review, and validate contracts and agreements to ensure enforceability and eliminate loopholes.
• Interpret relevant laws, regulations, and directives and oversee their implementation.
• Provide legal consultations, assess disputes, and advise on conflict resolution.
• Develop legal guidelines and procedures for consistent interpretation of statutes and regulations.
• Supervise the collection of evidence and documentation to support the company’s position in legal proceedings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in law or an equivalent qualification.
• 8–12 years of experience in legal advisory work and legal practice.
• Proven ability to handle complex contractual and regulatory matters.
