Key responsibilities
- Ensure all legal documentation, fund/DPM structures, and investment contracts comply with UAE and international regulations.
- Work closely with compliance, risk, and finance teams to assess legal risks.
- Lead interactions with regional and international regulators.
- Develop legal frameworks to enhance governance and legal compliance.
- Support dispute resolution and litigation matters related to investments and corporate governance.
