About the role

Capgemini is seeking a Senior Legal Specialist to join its Dubai office. The role supports the organization’s global operations by providing expert legal advice across a range of technology‑focused areas.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on intellectual property, cyber security, data protection, and export control matters.
• Manage dispute and litigation processes, including labor law and corporate law issues.
• Support mergers and acquisitions, social law, and other corporate transactions.
• Collaborate with business units and functional teams, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Develop and deliver legal training for internal stakeholders and junior team members.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with a strong background in information technology law.
• Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the listed legal domains.
• Good judgment for escalation and ability to work under supervision.
• Experience in organizing self‑development initiatives and mentoring junior staff.
