Senior Logistics Executive

About the role

The Senior Logistics Executive will lead all supply‑chain activities, ensuring timely and accurate product delivery while maintaining the highest standards of documentation, cost efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with factories and sales teams to confirm goods readiness.
• Arrange shipping instructions, issue documentation (bills of lading, customs paperwork) and manage carrier/freight forwarder interactions.
• Organise inbound and outbound product flows, dispatch freight locally and internationally, and handle pickups.
• Address order‑flow problems, shipping delays, and quality‑control issues such as damaged or improperly packed goods.
• Acquire competitive freight rates (air, road, sea) and negotiate cost‑saving agreements with suppliers.
• Request and evaluate quotations for imports and exports, and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain liaison with suppliers and support operational efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with local customs laws, export/import regulations, health & safety standards and record shipment data.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end supply‑chain and logistics operations.
• Ability to coordinate across factory, sales, and carrier teams.
• Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and freight providers.
• Knowledge of customs regulations, import/export documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Experience monitoring market freight rates and driving cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Familiarity with inventory and warehouse management processes.
