Senior Luxury Retail Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Luxury Retail Manager to lead a flagship store in Dubai Mall. The role involves driving sales growth, delivering exceptional client experiences, and managing a high‑performing team in a fast‑moving luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage and motivate the team to achieve qualitative objectives and thematic animations.
• Lead floor management to ensure category targets are met and create an exciting work environment.
• Guide supervisors in delivering a fun, high‑end client experience while meeting sales goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients.
• Coordinate stock and merchandising needs with Operations to meet targets and standards.
• Work with the Quality Lead to ensure visual merchandising standards are upheld.
• Identify, promote, and develop team talent in partnership with Training & Development.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Store Manager in luxury retail.
• University degree preferred.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage high‑end client relationships.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
