Senior M&A & Corporate Development Professional – Real Assets

About the role

Join a leading global fund based in Abu Dhabi as a senior advisor to senior management, providing data‑driven insights on portfolio construction and financial performance. You will work across the full transaction lifecycle, supporting deal planning, execution, and post‑deal integration.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, delivering objective analysis on portfolio and performance.
• Partner with deal teams throughout the transaction lifecycle, leading deal planning, financial due diligence, risk assessment, and valuation.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support M&A and corporate finance decisions.
• Provide senior advisory and execution support for capital structure optimisation and debt financing.
• Build and sustain relationships with advisors, investors, partner organisations, and industry professionals.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance or business administration; MBA and/or CFA preferred.
• Extensive senior‑level experience in M&A advisory, investment banking, or corporate finance, focusing on complex transactions.
• Deep expertise in deal structuring, due diligence, valuation, and legal aspects of transactions.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance principles, capital markets, and portfolio performance analysis.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Strategic thinker with advanced analytical skills and sound business judgement.
