Senior Manager – Agency & Large Customer Ad Partnerships

About the role

The Senior Manager – Agency & Large Customer Ad Partnerships will build and scale agency and large‑customer advertising partnerships for Talabat, part of the Delivery Hero Group. You will drive new demand channels both on‑app and off‑app, working with endemic and non‑endemic advertisers to grow ad revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Expand ad monetisation beyond the platform by unlocking new demand channels such as agencies, DSPs and off‑site advertising.
• Own the acceleration of ad revenue from these channels, setting account‑level strategies, budgets and targets.
• Design account‑specific product mixes and investment plans across on‑app and off‑app products.
• Structure custom deals and packages, lead negotiations with senior partners and coordinate with commercial, finance, legal and billing teams.
• Provide product feedback based on account gaps and influence roadmap priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in advertising sales within e‑commerce.
• 5+ years of experience leading direct teams.
• Proven ability to use data and analytics to drive sales strategy and results.
• Experience collaborating with product teams and building C‑level strategic partnerships.
