Senior Manager Asset Management

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager Asset Management to lead and oversee our asset management operations across multiple locations. The role combines strategic planning, financial oversight, contract management, and performance optimisation to deliver high‑quality facilities services aligned with client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead asset management, contracts, and finance teams to achieve optimal asset performance and value.
• Develop and execute asset management strategies, budgets and performance plans in line with ISO 55000 standards.
• Create and maintain asset registers and long‑term lifecycle plans (20‑30 year horizon).
• Lead the development of 3‑5 year operational and capital expenditure plans and oversee annual FM planning.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and analyse performance for strategic decisions.
• Oversee contract management for third‑party service providers, ensuring cost control and value optimisation.
• Implement and optimise FM technologies such as CMMS, BMS, SCADA, BIM and CAD, ensuring data accuracy and governance.
• Act as primary contact for clients on asset‑management matters and coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors and authorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Asset Management, Facilities Management, Property Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 + years of experience in asset or facilities management.
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of delivering strategic asset‑management outcomes.

Required skills

• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Familiarity with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Computer‑Aided Design (CAD) tools.
