Senior Manager – Business Partner (UAE Nationals)

About the role

The Senior Manager – Business Partner will act as a trusted internal advisor on all human capital matters for assigned business functions within Emirates Global Aluminium. Reporting to senior leadership, the role will shape and implement people strategies that align with corporate objectives while enhancing employee satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Align functional strategies with departmental business plans and ensure integration across the organization.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators, providing expertise to achieve operational excellence.
• Lead talent development initiatives, collaborating with technical experts to meet workforce needs.
• Oversee budgeting and financial planning for human capital, analysing costs and identifying savings.
• Manage policy implementation, communicate changes and act as a change agent for HR processes.
• Partner with business units on employee relations, workforce planning, succession planning and performance management.

Required profile

• UAE National with extensive experience in HR leadership and business partnering.
• Proven ability to develop and execute human capital strategies that drive performance and employee engagement.
• Strong analytical and financial planning skills, with experience managing budgets and KPIs.
