Senior Manager - Corporate Sales

About the role

The Mobility Lead for Large Corporates & Enterprise Fleets will design and execute a robust B2B sales strategy for Al Futtaim Auto Leasing. The role drives revenue growth, market penetration and customer lifetime value across a portfolio of financial services, rental leasing and vehicle assets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a B2B sales strategy across CV, LCV, truck, bus and industrial equipment categories.
• Design a sector‑based, product‑vertical sales structure and embed a hunter‑farmer methodology.
• Lead, coach and performance‑manage Business Development Managers and Key Account Managers to exceed revenue and profit targets.
• Identify high‑growth sectors (construction, logistics, FMCG, oil & gas, government, contracting) and create targeted acquisition plans.
• Build senior‑level relationships with C‑suite and procurement decision‑makers across the UAE.
• Oversee the full sales funnel, ensure CRM accuracy, pipeline quality and adherence to sales governance.
• Manage post‑sale transition, key account plans, cross‑sell strategies and retention programs.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Collections and Marketing to align pricing, delivery, risk management and brand communication.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in B2B sales, preferably within automotive leasing or financial services.
• Track record of achieving sales targets, building high‑performing teams and managing large corporate accounts.
• Strong ability to establish relationships with C‑suite executives and procurement leaders.
• Experience in designing sector‑focused go‑to‑market plans and managing complex tender processes.
• Excellent analytical skills for pipeline performance, win/loss analysis and deal profitability.
