Senior Manager Corporate Services

About the role

The Senior Manager will lead a team of Relationship Managers and ensure high‑quality corporate services for Acclime’s clients across DIFC, ADGM, free zones and the UAE mainland. The role involves managing a portfolio of high‑profile clients, providing post‑incorporation and company secretarial services, and occasionally acting in a fiduciary capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end service delivery, aligning execution with contractual agreements, quality standards and timelines.
• Manage and develop a team of Post‑Incorporation Relationship Managers, ensuring compliance with policies and service standards.
• Maintain and grow long‑term relationships with key corporate clients, coordinating with sales and finance to drive cross‑sell and upsell opportunities.
• Identify and implement process improvements, new technologies and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure all activities comply with DIFC, ADGM and UAE regulatory standards, proactively mitigating operational and compliance risks.
• Provide regular performance reports and analytics to senior leadership, using data to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in finance/accounting and 7 years in corporate services, preferably within a regulated DIFC or ADGM environment.
• In‑depth knowledge of DIFC, ADGM regulations and UAE financial reporting standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high‑profile clients and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills; fluent English (Arabic a plus).
