Senior Manager – Digital & Technology (UAE National)

About the role

Aldar Education is seeking a UAE National Senior Manager – IT to support its Charter schools in the UAE, with an immediate start. The role leads IT service operations across the schools, ensuring services are secure, reliable, consistent and aligned with school and group priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead IT service operations for Charter Schools, defining service direction, governance, standards and performance expectations.
• Provide oversight of day‑to‑day technology operations including devices, classroom technology, AV, networks, telephony, cloud services and core school systems.
• Drive adoption and operational support of educational technology, AI‑enabled initiatives and digital learning solutions.
• Manage technology lifecycle, procurement, supplier performance, budget, CAPEX and OPEX planning.
• Lead, coach and performance‑manage school‑based IT and AV teams and maintain stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics or Communications Engineering.
• ITIL V3 or V4 certification (or equivalent ISO certification).
• Minimum 10 years progressive experience in IT service management, technology operations or infrastructure leadership, including multi‑site service delivery and budget control.
