Senior Manager / Director – Tax & Legal Services (Connected Tax Compliance & Managed Services)

About the role

PwC is seeking a senior leader to drive tax compliance and managed services across the Middle East. The role focuses on tax transformation, operating model design, and technology‑enabled compliance solutions for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Middle East CTC Leader in executing regional growth and go‑to‑market strategy.
• Lead pipeline development, targeting, and winning of tax compliance and transformation opportunities.
• Prepare client presentations, RfP responses, and compelling proposals.
• Act as senior client‑facing advisor, delivering end‑to‑end CTC/MS engagements and operating model transformations.
• Provide tax technical expertise across compliance and transformation projects.
• Oversee delivery quality, client experience, and team development.

Required profile

• Senior Manager or Director‑level experience in professional services or a complex in‑house tax function.
• Proven track record of winning client work and leading RfPs.
• Strong business development and go‑to‑market execution skills.
