Senior Manager - Ecommerce

About the role

The Senior Ecommerce Manager owns their digital platforms end to end, holding full accountability for the P&L, strategy and operational excellence of the ecommerce business. The role integrates buying, performance marketing, operations and customer experience to drive aggressive growth and sustainable profitability.

Key responsibilities

• P&L ownership: full accountability for top-line revenue and bottom-line EBIT on assigned platforms.
• Budgeting and forecasting: plan budgets and monthly rolling forecasts so marketing spend, operational costs and inventory investments match growth targets.
• Strategic buying: partner with Buying and Merchandising on seasonal ranges and open-to-buy plans to optimise the product mix for digital demand and regional trends.
• Digital and trade marketing: lead the digital and commercial calendar, coordinating promotions and brand moments across digital touchpoints.
• Performance marketing: direct the growth team to meet ROAS, conversion rate and session targets, linking marketing traffic to commercial conversion.
• Operations: own the fulfilment ecosystem, working with logistics and warehouse teams to improve click-to-deliver times and lower return rates.
• Technology and UX: drive the technology roadmap for a frictionless, mobile-first experience that boosts units per transaction and average order value.
• Customer lifecycle: own retention and loyalty metrics, strengthening the post-purchase experience and repeat purchases.
• Omnichannel integration: bridge digital and physical retail for a seamless One Brand experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field (master's preferred).
• 10 years of experience overall, including 5 years in a similar role.
• Experience managing a team.
