Senior Manager – Estimation (Real Estate)

About the role

Dubai Holding Real Estate is seeking a Senior Manager – Estimation to lead the estimation function for large, complex projects. The role involves coordinating with project teams and stakeholders to deliver accurate cost forecasts within defined budgets and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Director of Estimation in managing the estimation team’s deliverables for assigned projects.
• Develop detailed cost estimates for major construction works and provide budget advice to the development team.
• Perform cost analysis, monitor design changes, identify variances, and guide the design team to align with budget constraints.
• Establish cost monitoring procedures and reporting systems for senior management.
• Evaluate cost consultancy proposals and review cost plans at each design stage to reflect market trends.
• Provide performance feedback to team members based on KPIs and objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 72 months (6 years) of experience in construction cost estimation or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead estimation teams and manage multi‑disciplinary stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on budget control and cost optimisation.
