Senior Manager, Global Payments & Reporting

About the role

MultiBank Group is looking for a Senior Manager to lead the development, execution and continuous improvement of its global payments infrastructure across brokerage and digital‑asset platforms. The role focuses on multi‑currency and crypto payment flows, reporting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure scalable, compliant and reliable operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute global payments initiatives that support growth in CFD/FX and crypto verticals.
• Deliver scalable, cost‑efficient payment solutions across multiple markets while ensuring compliance.
• Monitor payment performance, transaction success rates and operational efficiency through data analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with banking partners, PSPs, payment gateways and internal platforms to maintain smooth payment operations.
• Support integration of new payment flows, process improvements and system enhancements.
• Work with Compliance and Risk teams to uphold AML/KYC standards and mitigate payment‑related risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Technology, Economics or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in payments, payment operations, fintech, brokerage or crypto‑exchange environments.
