Senior Manager – HR Data Analytics & Transformation

About the role

The Senior Manager, People Analytics, AI and Strategic Projects leads SSMC's people analytics, workforce data, AI enablement and strategic project portfolio across People & Talent Experience. The role owns the integrity and governance of workforce information and ensures that workforce decisions are evidence‑based, data‑driven and supported by digital and AI‑enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all HR and Talent reporting, ensuring design, accuracy and timely distribution of regular and ad‑hoc reports to senior leadership.
• Govern the workforce establishment and position codes, maintaining a single reliable view of approved, occupied, vacant and planned positions.
• Map, analyse and redesign HR and Talent processes, establishing SOPs, workflows and performance metrics.
• Develop and execute change‑management plans for new processes, technologies and organisational structures.
• Identify automation and AI opportunities, evaluate tools and drive adoption of digital HR solutions such as Oracle Fusion and AI‑enabled analytics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 6–8 years of experience in HR data/analytics, reporting or process improvement, preferably in a large healthcare or medical centre.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and lead transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, data‑visualisation and process‑mapping capabilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (including complex formulas and visualisation).
• Oracle Recruiting Cloud or equivalent HCM/ATS platform.
• Oracle Fusion workflow automation.
• AI‑enabled HR or recruitment tools.
