About the role

The Senior Manager – Integrated PR & Media will lead the development and execution of PR and media strategies, driving commercial growth and brand visibility for the organization. This role combines business development, media planning, and operational oversight within a fast‑paced, event‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and secure new commercial opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Plan, negotiate and optimise media investments to maximise revenue, reach and return on spend.
• Oversee and streamline PR and media operations to ensure timely, high‑quality campaign execution.
• Coordinate internal teams, agencies and vendors, maintaining alignment and performance monitoring.
• Establish and enforce PR and media processes, ensuring compliance and consistency.
• Manage agency and vendor engagements with clear budgets and accountability.
• Monitor, evaluate and report on operational performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Foster collaboration across internal teams to align PR, media and brand initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in public relations, media planning and commercial business development.
• Proven track record of managing agency and vendor relationships.
• Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Willingness to travel within the UAE for media meetings, shoots or on‑site coverage.
