Senior Manager Investor Relations

About the role

The Senior Manager Investor Relations will support PureHealth Research’s IR function by delivering rigorous financial and market analysis, preparing investor‑facing materials, and providing strategic insights on performance, shareholder activity and industry trends. Working closely with senior leadership, the role enhances relationships with investors, analysts and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models, conduct earnings and valuation analysis, and assess company performance against investor expectations.
• Track investor sentiment, stock performance, peer benchmarks and analyst research to generate data‑driven insights.
• Prepare earnings call decks, quarterly reports, shareholder letters, fact sheets and press releases.
• Respond to investor inquiries with accurate financial data and clear explanations.
• Perform industry and competitive benchmarking, monitoring healthcare trends, regulatory changes and macro‑economic factors.
• Support compliance with ADX reporting requirements and corporate governance policies.
• Conduct scenario analysis for M&A activity, strategic initiatives and capital‑structure changes.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in investor relations, equity research, or related financial analysis roles.
• Proven ability to work with senior leadership and communicate complex financial information clearly.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, earnings cycles and regulatory reporting.
