Senior Manager - ML Operations Platform

About the role

Join Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) as a Senior Manager responsible for the design, build and operation of a Machine Learning (ML) platform that empowers data scientists, ML engineers and analytics teams. You will work within the GBS group, supporting the bank’s digital evolution and delivering high‑quality, governed ML solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and operate ML platform capabilities that enable end‑to‑end model development, training, deployment and serving.
• Deliver platform tooling, reusable pipelines, feature‑engineering capabilities and managed compute environments in line with architecture, security and governance standards.
• Implement MLOps practices covering model training, packaging, deployment, versioning, release workflows and CI/CD.
• Automate model registries, retraining workflows and deployment pipelines to improve consistency and reduce manual effort.
• Implement monitoring and observability for model performance, data drift, concept drift, service health and production stability.
• Maintain alerting, reliability patterns and remediation accelerators to ensure dependable ML services.
• Translate Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) data assets into reusable features, curated datasets and platform services for prioritized analytics and ML use cases.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing ML platform design, build and operation at a senior level.
• Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines and model lifecycle management.
• Ability to work with data owners, business subject‑matter experts and delivery squads to drive reuse and reduce duplication.
