Senior Manager - Operations (Charter Schools)

About the role

Aldar Education is seeking a Senior Manager – Operations to lead the operational function for its charter schools across Abu Dhabi. The role acts as the single point of contact with ADEK, oversees cluster‑wide administration and support services, and ensures compliance with internal policies, health‑safety, audit and regulatory directives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between ADEK and Aldar Education for all operational matters across the school cluster.
• Oversee the organisation and delivery of operations, administration and support service teams, ensuring adherence to policies, HSE standards and audit requirements.
• Lead budgeting, cost‑efficiency initiatives and procurement activities to maximise return on investment.
• Drive a proactive health and safety culture, manage incident response protocols and ensure compliance with UAE legislation.
• Support recruitment, professional development and performance management of operations and support staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (or equivalent graduate‑level qualification).
• Extensive experience in school operations, administration and support services, preferably within a charter‑school environment.
• Strong knowledge of UAE education regulations, ADEK requirements and HSE standards.
• Proven leadership ability to manage principals, operations managers and support teams.
