Senior Manager Operations & Delivery – Cybersecurity, Digital Trust & AI

About the role

The Senior Manager of Operations & Delivery will establish and run the operational model for the new Cybersecurity, Digital Trust, Data Governance and AI organisation in Dubai. Reporting to the Head of Cyber Security, the role translates strategy into execution, ensuring services are designed, mobilised, delivered and scaled with strong governance and commercial discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the operating model for the cybersecurity division.
• Define roles, responsibilities, governance, escalation paths and decision authorities.
• Integrate the division with Sales, Pre‑Sales, IT, Finance, HR, Procurement and existing managed‑services teams.
• Establish standard operating procedures, service handover and customer onboarding processes.
• Own execution, operational delivery, managed services, service quality, resource capacity, governance and PMO activities.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven experience in building and scaling operational models for security‑focused services.
• Strong leadership ability to act as the operational number two for the division.
• Track record of maintaining delivery quality, customer satisfaction, utilisation, margin and operational resilience.
• Experience across professional services, managed security services, SOC/MDR, offensive security, cloud security, GRC, data governance and AI assurance.
