Senior Manager – Operations & Delivery, Cybersecurity, Digital Trust & AI

About the role

The Senior Manager of Operations & Delivery will establish and run the operational and delivery model for CNS's new Cybersecurity, Digital Trust, Data Governance and AI organisation in Dubai. Reporting to the Head of Cyber Security, the role acts as the operational number two, translating strategy into execution and ensuring services are designed, mobilised, delivered and scaled with strong governance, commercial discipline and consistent quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the operating model, defining roles, responsibilities, governance, escalation paths and decision authorities.
• Establish interfaces with Sales, Pre‑Sales, IT, Finance, HR, Procurement and existing managed‑services teams.
• Take executive ownership of delivery performance across cybersecurity, data governance and AI engagements, ensuring projects meet scope, timelines, SLAs, quality and margin.
• Lead the operational establishment of the new SOC/MDR capability and define the phased AI‑SOC operating model.
• Develop the workforce plan, translate commercial pipeline into resource demand and manage utilisation, capacity and allocation.
• Support the divisional P&L, establish cost models, track financial and delivery metrics and identify opportunities to improve margin.
• Establish customer‑service standards, implement service reviews and build customer satisfaction into delivery KPIs.
• Implement a formal delivery quality framework, risk registers and corrective‑action processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering or related field; Master's, MBA or PMP/PRINCE2/ITIL certifications are desired.
• 15+ years of experience in technology, cybersecurity, managed services or enterprise service delivery, with senior leadership experience.
• Proven experience building or transforming service organisations, preferably in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong commercial and P&L understanding.
