Senior Manager – Operations Support & Excellence

About the role

Emirates Flight Catering is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Operations Support & Excellence. You will turn operational complexity into excellence by driving continuous improvement, data‑driven decisions and resource optimisation across a large, airside catering operation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence, efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain performance analytics, dashboards, KPIs and data‑driven decision‑making processes.
• Implement LEAN processes, optimise cost, resources and CAPEX/OPEX planning.
• Oversee technology enhancements, ERP transactions, billing, invoicing and business continuity.
• Plan and manage manpower, resource deployment, SOPs, SLAs and operational standards.
• Drive training, capability building and succession planning for the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience leading large‑scale operational activities, preferably in logistics, catering or an airside environment.
• Proven track record of delivering efficiency initiatives and service improvements.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex data and influence stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Lean Six Sigma certification highly desirable.
