Senior Manager - Partnerships

About the role

As Senior Manager – Partnerships you will lead the creation and growth of strategic alliances that expand Inception42’s AI‑driven solutions across the digital transformation ecosystem. You will act as the primary bridge between cutting‑edge AI capabilities and external technology partners, academic institutions, and industry leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a partnership strategy, targeting technology firms, research centres and universities.
• Identify, evaluate and negotiate partnership agreements that align with product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with product, sales, marketing and engineering teams to ensure partnerships deliver measurable business value.
• Serve as the single point of contact for partnership activities, coordinating cross‑functional alignment.
• Manage day‑to‑day partnership operations, tracking milestones, KPIs and project outcomes.
• Work with the Director – Commercial to integrate partnership initiatives into the broader commercial plan.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in partnership, business development or strategic alliances within technology or AI sectors.
• Proven track record of negotiating and managing high‑impact collaborations.
• Strong understanding of AI research and product development cycles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
