Senior Manager Pricing & Market Operations

About the role

The Senior Manager – Pricing & Market Operations leads revenue optimization across Miral Assets, shaping pricing, distribution and inventory strategies to maximize revenue, per-capita spend and attendance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with revenue and attendance targets.
• Lead a team of pricing and inventory managers, providing coaching, performance reviews and succession planning.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Trade, Finance, IT and other stakeholders to ensure data accountability and integrated revenue tactics.
• Oversee 12‑month tactical revenue plans, scenario modelling and dynamic pricing configurations.
• Monitor KPIs such as per‑cap, visitation, profitability and market share, and drive corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Tourism or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in revenue management or commercial roles within a complex, global organization.
• Proven ability to translate strategic objectives into tactical actions and to lead cross‑functional teams.
• Strong commercial acumen in theme‑park, airline or similar revenue‑intensive environments.

• PowerBI for data visualization and analysis.
