Senior Manager Product Engineering

About the role

We are looking for an AI Engineering Manager with strong product ownership to lead the architecture, build, and stabilization of a modern enterprise platform on Azure. The role combines deep engineering execution with strategic product thinking, supporting a growing portfolio of AI and machine learning use cases.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of software engineers, platform specialists, and product professionals.
• Define and execute the platform roadmap, treating infrastructure as a service.
• Stabilize core building blocks while enabling rapid development and deployment of agent runtimes.
• Drive platform architecture and technical design using the Azure ecosystem.
• Manage, prioritize, and groom complex engineering and product backlogs for numerous enterprise use cases.
• Translate high‑level business and machine‑learning requirements into actionable delivery plans.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous delivery, and product‑driven engineering standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, or Product Manager with product management responsibility.
• Extensive background building, scaling, and managing enterprise platforms as a product.
• Deep technical experience with Azure cloud architecture and engineering design.
• Hands‑on expertise in platform engineering, machine‑learning pipelines, or developing agent runtimes.
• Prior experience managing engineers, platform architects, and product professionals.
• Experience in banking or highly regulated enterprise environments is preferred.
