About the role
Dubai Holding Real Estate is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the planning and delivery of master community infrastructure projects across Dubai. The role involves overseeing roads, utilities, drainage, waste management and telecom networks, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and project objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of master community infrastructure projects, including roads, utilities, drainage, sewage, waste management, district cooling and telecom networks.
- Develop project feasibility studies, budgets, business plans, revenue forecasts and profitability projections.
- Coordinate with government authorities, utility providers, consultants and contractors to secure regulatory approvals.
- Review and approve infrastructure designs, drawings, technical specifications, calculations and project documentation; lead technical discussions with consultants and project teams.
- Support tender preparation, evaluation, cost estimation and selection of contractors/consultants for infrastructure works.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, safety, environmental compliance and adherence to approved designs.
- Manage project variations, technical issues and corrective actions, escalating critical risks that affect cost, schedule or quality.
- Monitor project budgets and actual expenditures, identify cost variances and recommend corrective actions to maintain financial control.
- Drive continuous improvement by applying international best practices, relevant standards and quality enhancements.
Required profile
- Minimum 120 months (10 years) of experience in infrastructure or real‑estate project management.
- Proven experience coordinating with government authorities and utility providers.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions and approve engineering documentation.
- Strong track record in budgeting, cost control and financial forecasting for large‑scale projects.
- Experience conducting site inspections and managing safety, quality and environmental compliance.
