Senior Manager QA/QC - Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – QA/QC to lead quality assurance and control functions on large infrastructure projects. You will ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards, drive continuous improvement, and maintain compliance with industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage comprehensive QA/QC policies, procedures and protocols for infrastructure projects.
• Lead, mentor and evaluate a team of QA/QC specialists, providing training and performance feedback.
• Conduct inspections, audits and testing of infrastructure components to verify compliance with specifications.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes and opportunities for process improvement.
• Prepare detailed quality reports for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and manage vendor quality assessments.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of QA/QC management experience in infrastructure or construction.
• Proven expertise in quality assurance methodologies, ISO 9001/14001 standards and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and project management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication and documentation abilities.
