Senior Manager – Record to Report (Hospitality)

About the role

Join Dubai Holding Group Services as a Senior Manager – Record to Report, focusing on the hospitality sector. You will lead financial reporting, consolidation and close processes while ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Lead preparation and review of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee financial statement preparation, management reports, disclosures and consolidations.
• Manage general ledger reporting, financial close and regulatory reporting activities.
• Develop dashboards, variance analyses and financial insights for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with FP&A and cross‑functional finance teams to align reporting with business planning.
• Liaise with external auditors and ensure audit compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation and best‑practice reporting.
• Lead, manage and develop a reporting team of 5‑6 members.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in general ledger reporting, financial reporting, consolidation and financial close.
• Hospitality industry exposure is mandatory.
• Qualified accountant (CA, ACCA or CPA) with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial controls, compliance and governance.
• Proven leadership experience managing a team of 5‑6 members.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and business‑partnering skills.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems.
• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion and FCCS.
• Familiarity with reconciliation, automation and analytics tools such as ARCS and AI‑driven analytics.
