Senior Manager, Regional Marketing

About the role

Checkout.com is seeking a Senior Manager, Regional Marketing for the MENA region. The leader will define and execute go‑to‑market strategies, manage a small team and a regional budget, and report to both the MENA General Manager and the Global CMO.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver integrated go‑to‑market strategies aligned with business goals for front‑book and back‑book execution.
• Partner with the MENA GM, CMO and commercial leaders to align marketing plans with regional growth objectives.
• Lead ABM program adaptation, field marketing, events and PR initiatives across the MENA market.
• Manage and grow a team of two marketers, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Allocate and optimise the regional marketing budget to maximise ROI and support commercial priorities.
• Measure campaign performance, extract insights and continuously optimise tactics.
• Maintain close relationships with global marketing peers to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Required profile

• Over 10 years of B2B enterprise marketing leadership experience, preferably in payments, fintech or complex software.
• Proven track record in ABM, events management and PR, with deep knowledge of the MENA media ecosystem.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic fluency is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across commercial, partnership and product functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing technology tools to track ROI and drive data‑based decisions.
• Leadership experience managing and developing high‑performing marketing teams.
