Senior Manager, Regional Marketing – MENA

About the role

Checkout.com is seeking a senior regional marketing leader to drive account‑based growth across the MENA region. Reporting to both the MENA General Manager and the Global CMO, you will shape go‑to‑market strategy, oversee field marketing, events, PR and demand generation, and manage a small team and regional budget.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute integrated go‑to‑market plans aligned with commercial goals for both new and existing customers.
• Lead multi‑touch ABM programs using intent data, predictive scoring and deep account intelligence to deliver hyper‑personalised campaigns.
• Collaborate with commercial and partnership teams to create cohesive regional marketing plans and optimise global spend.
• Manage and develop a team of marketers, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Allocate and track the regional marketing budget to maximise ROI and support commercial priorities.

Required profile

• Over 10 years of B2B marketing leadership with a strong focus on ABM for enterprise accounts, preferably in SaaS, payments or fintech.
• Excellent communication skills in English; native‑level Arabic is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of the MENA media landscape and experience overseeing PR agencies.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and work cross‑functionally in a matrixed environment.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision‑making.
