Senior Manager – Regional Partnerships (MENA)

About the role

The Senior Manager, Regional Partnerships – MENA will lead the development and scaling of Crunchyroll’s partnership ecosystem across the Middle East and North Africa. You will identify, negotiate, launch and grow strategic distribution and growth partnerships that expand reach, acquire subscribers and strengthen commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the MENA partnership strategy, building a pipeline of distribution and SVOD promotion opportunities.
• Establish and manage senior relationships with telcos, streaming platforms, aggregators, payment providers, retailers and other strategic partners.
• Develop joint business plans, financial models and forecasts, and lead negotiations from origination through launch and ongoing growth.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Operations, CX) to ensure seamless partnership delivery and performance monitoring.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development or commercial strategy, with a proven track record in the MENA region.
• Strong commercial judgment, experience building business cases, financial models and negotiating agreements.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills, with ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to travel regularly across MENA and internationally.
