Senior Manager - Revenue Management

About the role

Dubai Holding Entertainment, which owns attractions such as Ain Dubai, Global Village, Dubai Parks and Resorts, Coca-Cola Arena, Roxy Cinemas and The Green Planet, is looking for a Senior Manager - Revenue Management. The role leads pricing strategy across ticketing and the wider attractions portfolio, using data, forecasting and market insight to optimise revenue, strengthen governance and support long-term commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pricing strategies across admissions, including seasonal pricing, promotions, packages, discounts and channel approach
• Manage product set-up and implementation so offerings are commercially effective
• Analyse sales data, booking trends and guest behaviour to find revenue growth opportunities
• Deliver forecasting, pricing and demand management insights that support business planning and financial targets
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and lead commercial reviews with key stakeholders
• Support the annual budgeting process through forward-looking revenue planning and risk identification
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Finance, IT and Operations to improve profitability
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and market research to inform pricing decisions
• Improve processes, reporting tools and workflow controls, and ensure systems are well maintained and audit-ready
• Align campaigns with the right audience, timing and price, and recommend actions to close performance gaps

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related discipline
• 5-7 years of experience in hospitality, tourism, government, theme parks, FMCG or a similar commercial environment
• Strong experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, forecasting and demand optimisation
• Solid understanding of channel and segment mix in attractions, entertainment or hospitality
• Leadership capability, stakeholder management and excellent communication skills

Required skills

• Experience with reservation or ticketing systems; knowledge of VGS is an advantage
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital reporting tools
• Ability to turn complex data into clear insights and recommendations
