Senior Manager Sales Enablement and Training

About the role

Visa is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Sales Enablement and Training for its Value‑Added Services organization across Central Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Reporting to the Director of Regional Sales Enablement & Training, you will design and deliver programs that equip VAS sellers with the knowledge, skills and tools needed to position Visa’s solutions effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales enablement and training initiatives for the CEMEA sales team.
• Collaborate with GTM, Product Management, Sales Operations, Marketing and Seller Experience teams to create localized, high‑impact sales materials.
• Tailor content and training outcomes to meet regional market needs and business objectives.
• Manage end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring timely rollout of enablement programs.
• Measure program effectiveness and continuously refine curricula based on feedback and performance data.

Required profile

• 10+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent advanced degree combined with fewer years of experience.
• Proven track record in sales enablement, training design, and project management within a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong sales acumen and ability to translate product value into compelling seller narratives.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work across multiple cross‑functional partners.
