Senior Manager – Show Direction (Motiongate)

About the role

Dubai Holding Entertainment is seeking a Senior Manager – Show Direction to lead the artistic vision and execution of live entertainment productions across its portfolio, including Motiongate Dubai. You will work closely with the Entertainment Director to shape memorable experiences for millions of visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Entertainment Director in developing, producing and delivering live shows and park productions.
• Lead the artistic and creative direction of daily live productions, special events and seasonal entertainment.
• Oversee show design, scripting, choreography, technical integration and performance quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners and creative agencies to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage budgets, schedules and resource allocation for all show‑related projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior‑level show direction or live entertainment management.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Track record of delivering high‑quality productions on time and within budget.
