Senior Manager, SMB Benefits

About the role

The Sr. Manager, SMB Benefits plays a central role in developing Visa’s small‑business benefits proposition, sitting at the intersection of product strategy, partnerships, and commercialization. This role partners with Visa’s global benefits organization, local product and sales leads, external partners, finance and accounting to run the global benefits portfolio as a business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional partner sourcing strategy for SMB benefits, including identification, negotiation and management of strategic benefit providers.
• Partner with local markets to identify, package and commercialize the most attractive benefit packages.
• Collaborate with VCS global colleagues to prioritize benefit enrollment and management features.
• Standardize sales, implementation and onboarding processes to support scale across regions.
• Develop training materials, technical guides and go‑to‑market documentation for each benefit.
• Monitor KPIs and performance of benefit portfolios and drive client adoption.

Required profile

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree with fewer years).
• Deep product management experience in commercial/B2B payments and small‑business software.
• Proven ability to negotiate and manage strategic benefit partnerships.
• Experience creating narratives that drive benefit adoption and market penetration.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills within matrixed, global organizations.
