Senior Manager Strategy & Value Creation (Real Estate Specialist)

About the role

Dubai Holding, a global investment company, is seeking a Senior Manager – Strategy & Value Creation to join its corporate office in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on real‑estate strategy, working closely with the Executive Director of the Strategy & Value Creation Office to design, implement and monitor strategic initiatives that drive commercial performance and long‑term asset value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of enterprise‑wide transformation programmes, including operating model redesign, process optimisation, AI‑enabled transformation and customer‑experience improvement.
• Develop robust blueprints for new businesses covering market assessment, value proposition, go‑to‑market strategy, operating model and business‑plan validation, then translate them into executable implementation plans.
• Conduct periodic portfolio reviews of strategic initiatives, prepare management updates on progress, risks and mitigation actions, and ensure consistent reporting across verticals.
• Define and assess initiative readiness, manage end‑to‑end execution, analyse root causes, recommend solutions and coordinate a complex stakeholder landscape.
• Manage cross‑functional initiatives, ensure on‑time delivery, maintain regular information exchange with stakeholders and build relationships to achieve organisational goals.
• Prepare presentations on business cases, research findings and performance results for senior leadership.
• Lead strategic and value‑creation initiatives across a diverse portfolio of real‑estate, mixed‑use, hospitality and destination‑development projects, translating market insights into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in a strategy role within a consulting firm or a similar organisation.
• Strong knowledge of the real‑estate sector gained through direct industry experience or multiple real‑estate projects.
• Minimum a bachelor’s degree; MBA, CFA or CA qualification preferred.

• Advanced quantitative analysis and modelling.
