Senior Manager - Talent Management

About the role

WhiteCrow Research is seeking a Senior Manager – Talent Management to support a fast‑growing retail group in the Middle East. The role focuses on overseeing talent‑management operations, metrics, compliance and system adoption across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Support HRBP and hiring managers in setting and uploading probation goals and ensuring timely reviews.
• Collaborate with the VP‑Human Capital and leadership to set SMART goals aligned with annual strategic objectives.
• Create training materials and communications to educate employees on the performance management cycle and the Tahweel system.
• Administer performance improvement plans and support performance rating calibration sessions and talent reviews.
• Coordinate succession‑planning workshops, high‑potential development programmes, and maintain individual development‑plan templates.
• Identify and report key talent‑management metrics, prepare dashboards and status reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour law and internal policies, act as a Tahweel super‑user and liaise with IT for system enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant talent‑management experience.
• Detailed understanding of UAE labour law.
• Additional qualifications such as CIPD or SHRM are an advantage.
• Exposure to the media/entertainment industry is a plus.
