Senior Manager, Tech Consulting – Data & AI Healthcare Solutions Architect

About the role

EY’s AI & Data team is seeking a senior, client‑facing Healthcare AI & Data Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise healthcare data and AI platforms across government and health ecosystems in the UAE. You will translate strategic objectives into secure, scalable, production‑ready solutions, with a focus on Health Information Exchange (HIE) and regulated AI delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end architecture for healthcare data and AI solutions, including lakehouse platforms, integration layers and analytics workbenches.
• Design enterprise data models, interoperability frameworks and exchange patterns across hospitals, labs, insurers and regulators.
• Architect HIE‑enabled solutions that enable secure data sharing across diverse EHR and clinical systems.
• Define AI‑enabled use cases (predictive care, population health, capacity planning) using ML, GenAI and agentic AI.
• Establish AI lifecycle, MLOps and deployment approaches aligned with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Develop data governance controls covering quality, metadata, consent, privacy, residency, security and usage policies.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with extensive experience in healthcare data architecture, interoperability and AI delivery.
• Proven ability to work with senior government and healthcare stakeholders.
• Strong client‑facing and communication skills, with a track record of delivering regulated solutions.
