Senior Manager - Warehousing & Distribution (Logistics)

About the role

This role owns the day-to-day logistics execution across the company's European operations and acts as the operational control point between vendors, freight providers, 3PL warehouses, customer service and internal supply chain teams. It ensures efficient stock movement, timely order processing and clear visibility on logistics performance across wholesale, retail and marketplace channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end logistics KPIs (inbound OTIF, warehouse SLA, outbound dispatch, return rates, exception resolution) and lead daily and weekly governance with 3PL and transport partners
• Serve as the main interface with 3PL warehouses, govern receiving, putaway, order processing, picking, packing, dispatch and returns, run performance reviews and lead contract renegotiations
• Manage freight forwarders, carriers and couriers, run parcel carrier tenders and monitor shipments, transit times and exceptions
• Oversee inbound and outbound goods flow, stock transfers, urgent replenishments and goods-in-transit visibility between WMS, ERP and partner platforms
• Lead returns, claims and issue resolution, and close recurring issues through SOP changes or process redesign
• Maintain logistics dashboards, report to senior management and drive continuous improvement projects
• Coordinate with planning, customer service, finance, IT and commercial teams

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
• 6-10 years of logistics operations experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial position
• Strong track record in 3PL governance, multi-carrier transport and shipment execution
• Experience leading transformation, transitions or operational stand-ups
• Prior experience in fashion, luxury, footwear, retail or premium consumer goods is highly preferred; multi-country European logistics experience strongly preferred
• Fluent English; additional European languages an advantage

• Familiarity with ERP and WMS systems and logistics KPI reporting
