Senior Manpower Procurement Executive

About the role

Coordinate manpower procurement and recruitment for project and client requirements, sourcing skilled and unskilled workers locally and internationally to ensure timely deployment to project sites.

Key responsibilities

• Identify manpower needs with HR and Operations, source workers through agencies, vendors, and direct channels.
• Negotiate supplier terms, rates, and contracts; manage agencies and maintain an updated vendor database.
• Review supplier proposals, verify manpower quality, and prepare purchase orders and supply contracts.
• Monitor supplier performance, ensure compliance with labor and immigration laws, and handle payments and invoice records.
• Lead the hiring team to mobilize and deploy manpower, handling bulk and urgent requirements.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of UAE manpower industry experience, including blue‑collar and skilled recruitment.
• Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and follow‑up abilities; good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under targets and meet hiring deadlines; preferred 2 years of procurement experience.

What we offer

• Salary range AED 5,000 – AED 7,000 per month.
• On‑site work location in Dubai.
