Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

Aldar Hospitality is seeking a senior marketing leader to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that boost brand awareness, attract new guests, and retain existing customers across its diverse portfolio of hotels, resorts, and leisure assets.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the overall marketing strategy in line with business objectives and oversee all campaign planning and execution.
• Approve and manage marketing assets, from digital banners and website content to printed brochures and collateral.
• Lead the internal marketing team and coordinate external agencies, media partners, and promotional collaborations.
• Utilise organic and paid channels—including PPC, social media, events, and lead‑generation campaigns—to drive engagement.
• Measure, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing insights to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with digital, property, and partner teams to identify cross‑promotional opportunities and keep website content up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience within the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of both traditional and emerging marketing channels.
• Excellent communication, creative thinking, and analytical abilities.
• Proven budget‑management skills and comfort working with metrics and spreadsheets.
