Senior Marketing Specialist

About the role

Tawasal, an information technology company established in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Specialist to join its marketing team. The role works closely with the COO and the design team to make sure all marketing initiatives are delivered in a timely and efficient way. It is responsible for creating, developing and implementing marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Use cost-effective digital marketing tactics to grow and retain an active user base and gain exposure.
• Take full accountability for digital promotion and social media campaigns.
• Create, develop, update and curate high-quality content for PR roll-outs and other channels.
• Manage PR roll-outs and establish and curate digital promotion channels.
• Craft, launch and monitor social media campaigns.
• Analyse and monitor product data to improve marketing activities.
• Contribute to updating the business brand.

Required profile

• Preferably a master's degree in Digital Marketing or a related field (optional).
• Minimum 5 years in a digital marketing role within the IT industry is desirable.
• Ability to work on site, though hybrid capacity is possible; no specific physical demands.

The application process consists of sending an application through the company website, followed by two interviews (introductory and technical/task-oriented) and confirmation of eligibility before onboarding. Salary is offered according to industry benchmarks.
