Senior Marketing Specialist – UAE Nationals

About the role

Join the Retail Banking Group at ADCB as a Senior Marketing Specialist, dedicated to supporting UAE nationals. You will drive integrated marketing campaigns, manage agency relationships, and ensure the bank’s brand is consistently represented across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain productive relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies, acting as a strategic contributor.
• Plan, execute and monitor integrated marketing campaigns, product stands, kiosks and digital initiatives while tracking ROI and KPIs.
• Manage the marketing calendar, budget tracker and quarterly implementation plans to align with overall business objectives.
• Prepare weekly status updates, end‑of‑campaign reports and support senior management with presentations and strategic plans.
• Oversee vendor performance, ensure compliance with ADCB policies and drive continuous improvement within the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in a reputable organization.
• Bachelor’s degree; a diploma in Marketing and Advertising is an advantage.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset, creativity and excellent stakeholder‑management skills.
