Senior Mechanic

About the role

Al Mulla Group is looking for an experienced Senior Mechanic to join its workshop in Fujairah. The successful candidate will specialize in German and American vehicles, delivering high‑quality diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance while adhering to safety and manufacturer standards.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical faults on German and American cars.
• Perform major and minor services, including engine, transmission, suspension, steering, and braking systems.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools for troubleshooting complex issues.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and comprehensive vehicle inspections.
• Ensure all work complies with manufacturer specifications and workshop standards.
• Guide and support junior mechanics as needed.
• Maintain accurate job records and report additional repair requirements.
• Uphold workshop housekeeping, health, safety, and environmental procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI (Automobile/Mechanical).
• 5–8 years of hands‑on experience with German and American vehicles.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently on complex repairs.
• Team player with good communication skills and attention to detail.
