About the role
Ethos is seeking senior medical writers with at least five years of experience in clinical research, biomedical science, or pharmaceutical/regulatory affairs. The role involves training a cutting‑edge AI language model by creating, evaluating, and refining AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core medical writing workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Produce and review AI‑generated clinical study reports, protocol synopses, investigator brochures, and regulatory dossier modules.
- Develop and refine medical affairs slide decks and publication plans to meet professional standards.
Required profile
- Direct experience authoring or reviewing clinical study reports, protocol synopses, or regulatory dossier modules for pharma, biotech, or CRO organizations.
- Deep familiarity with ICH‑GCP standards and FDA/EMA regulatory expectations.
