Senior Metals Origination – Arabic Speaking – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Arabic‑speaking Metals Origination professional to join an established international metals business in Dubai. This front‑office, client‑facing position focuses on new business development and relationship management across the Middle East and Indian markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients in the Middle East and India using your network, market research and conferences.
• Originate new business with industrial, trading and institutional counterparties and manage long‑term client relationships.
• Coordinate client orders and trading requests with international market‑making desks.
• Provide market intelligence, updates and commentary on metals and derivatives markets.
• Support clients with trade execution, margin requirements, onboarding, KYC and ongoing account maintenance.
• Collaborate with internal Credit, Compliance, Operations and Finance teams to ensure efficient handling of client requirements.
• Travel throughout the region to develop relationships and represent the business at industry events.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in base or precious metals markets.
• Proven track record of originating and developing business in the Middle East and/or India.
• Established network of industry contacts.
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to identify revenue opportunities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
