Senior Middleware Administrator

About the role

The Senior Middleware Administrator will manage and support critical third‑party applications that underpin a broad range of enterprise products. Based in the United Arab Emirates, you will oversee middleware technologies across messaging, caching, application delivery, and cloud integration environments.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain third‑party applications and middleware platforms supporting enterprise products and services.
• Manage Redis, RabbitMQ, Citrix XenApp, Apache Tomcat, and Azure Service Bus environments.
• Perform troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and log parsing to identify errors, performance issues, and configuration problems.
• Plan and execute patches and updates while ensuring platform stability and availability.
• Carry out server administration tasks on Windows Server and Linux Server platforms.
• Support Citrix application delivery infrastructure and related administration activities.
• Document configurations, maintenance activities, and operational procedures.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience managing and administering enterprise‑grade third‑party applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving capabilities with methodical diagnostic approach.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize issues, and collaborate with technical stakeholders.
