Senior Mobilisation Coordinator

About the role

AECOM is seeking a Senior Mobilisation Coordinator to join its team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role oversees and coordinates all aspects of project mobilization, ensuring the smooth and efficient deployment of resources across international projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive mobilization strategies for complex, large-scale projects
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources effectively and efficiently
• Manage logistics for personnel, equipment and materials, ensuring timely delivery to project sites
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for potential mobilization challenges
• Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, vendors and government agencies, to facilitate smooth project initiation
• Monitor and report on mobilization progress, identifying and resolving issues proactively
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations and company policies during mobilization
• Improve mobilization procedures and best practices to enhance operational efficiency

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field
• Extensive experience in mobilization or project coordination roles
• Proven track record of managing complex project mobilizations, preferably in an international context
• Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
